Safe and Healthy Food Chain Award
1st Premios “Descubrimiento Emprendedor CTNC 2021”
Yesterday we received the Safe and Healthy Food Chain Award in its third category. We would like to thank the Centro Tecnológico Nacional de la Conserva y Alimentación (CTNC, the National Technology Centre for Canning and Food) and the jury of the 1st Premios Descubrimiento Emprendedor CTNC 2021 for this recognition at the closing PIDDE event.
The event took place at the Mudem Auditorium in Molina de Segura, where we had the pleasure of sharing the day with talks by Dr Encarnación Aguayo (Professor at UPCT); Blas Marsilla de Pascual (veterinarian, Academy of Veterinary Sciences of the Region of Murcia); Dr Presentación García (PhD from UPCT and Head of Technology at CTNC); and Patricio Valverde (graduate in Industrial Chemistry, Doctor Honoris Causa).
